How to book an appointment?

          There are 4 ways of booking appointment to consult:

1. On-Line:  New patients- By registering as a new user and then book your own appointment by following the prompts. You will need to choose a username and password and you should have a valid email address for confirming your appointment.

You will be able to print off the details and an email confirming the same will be sent to you. You can always login to check and amend your appointment if required. Follow up patients - can also register if not already registered,  login and book.

2. Freephone Appointments Line: 08000 43 43 53   If busy - 01279 602652 We can always see you on an urgent basis even if no on-line slots available.

3. By Faxing your referral letter to: 01279 602663

4. Email us: CLICK HERE to open online enquiry form and  one of our staff will get back to you promptly.
